Nairobi is the capital and largest city of Kenya. The city and its surrounding area also form the Nairobi Province. The name "Nairobi" comes from the Maasai phrase Enkare Nyirobi, which translates to "the place of cool waters". However, it is popularly known as the "Green City in the Sun". Location
Sentrim 680 is located in the heart of Nairobi along the busy Kenyatta Avenue offering you easy access to various institutions, city tour, and even leisurely strolls within the city.  There are rooms in 10 storeys.  The main guest area consists of the reception, lounge area and coffee shop.  The Mezzanine floor has the conference facilities, restaurant and bar. 

Access
International flights fly into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi.  Transfers from the airport to  Sentrim 680 take approximately 25 minutes depending on trafic and covers 15 kms.

Climate
At 5,449 ft above sea level, Nairobi enjoys a fairly moderate climate.  The altitude makes for some chilly evenings, especially in the June/July season when the temperature can drop to 10 °C (50 °F). The sunniest and warmest parts of the year are from December to March, when temperatures average the mid-twenties during the day. The mean maximum temperature for this period is 24 °C (75 °F).

Accomodation & Rooms
There are  standard,and deluxe rooms. Some rooms have private balconies with panoramic views of Nairobi and interconnecting rooms for families. Deluxe suites come  with ultimate comfort and facilities. All rooms have  satellite TV,digital safes and  a Telkom direct dial telephone system. The 10th floor is reserved for our non-smoking guests.
